Janine Allen, Professional Dog Trainer and Animal Behavior Consultant.
Janine has been counseling pet owners and training dogs in the Coachella Valley for 30 years. She is certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and is in good standing as a Professional Member in the Association of Professional Dog Trainers.
While earning continuing education units with dog behavior experts such as Karen Pryor, Jean Donaldson, Nicole Wilde, and Ian Dunbar, Janine has learned that a creative approach to behavior rehabilitation must be taken to accommodate the needs of each dog and owner. Your fearful, shy, aggressive, reactive, or just plain naughty dog can be helped!
Your one-hour consultation fee will include filling out a behavior questionnaire prior to the appointment, a plan to manage your dog’s environment to aid in rehabilitation, and instruction on how to start necessary steps to behavior improvement. Future follow-up appointments at your home or at Village Park Animal Hospital may be necessary to ensure rehab progress.
