Village Park Animal Hospital Invites You to Celebrate Our

4th Annual Cat-tober!

It’s that time of year again for our 3-month long feline health awareness program in October dubbed, CAT-TOBER. It has been a tremendous success in helping you, our clients start thinking and talking more about feline health. Just as regular wellness checks are important for humans, they are for our pets as well. However, studies show that only half as many cats receive annual exams in comparison to dogs! Here at Village Park, we are dedicated year round to informing our feline parents of the importance of regular exams, up-to-date vaccines, dental care, annual blood work as well as mental stimulation at home and stress free tips in preparation for their vet visits. We’d love for you to join us again in being part of our 4th Annual Cat-tober and help us spread the word!

“Have we seen your cat lately?”

Do you have a cat at home we don’t know about? We’d like to invite your cats to visit for a Wellness Exam, and we’ve come up with some pretty exciting perks to help your visit be extra special.

  • All Cats with wellness or comprehensive exams in October will be treated to a Free Nail Trim.
  • The first 6 Cats with wellness or comprehensive exams in the first week of October will receive a gift bag.
  • Through the end of the year, we will be raffling off “Free Nail Trims for Life”, Free blood work, a Spa Day and a Special Hand-Picked surprise by Dr. Carlson!

Have questions about how to transport your cat for their visit? Please call our Cat-Champions Becca, Krysten or Wendy for helpful advice, at 760-564-3833.

But wait, there’s more! We hope you will save the date for…

Village Park Animal Hospital is the only veterinary clinic in the desert that offers continued education for clients as well as the public. Some of our most recent educational topics have been:

  • Feline Health Awareness
  • Thrive or Survive Series:
  • Improving The Quality of Your Pets Life
  • Pet Wellness Preventative Care
  • Newest Allergy Treatments

These informal get togethers offer the ability to interact with Dr. Carlson, different vendors, and our staff and ask questions about important topics in Veterinary Medicine that can make a difference in the health of your pet.

Join Dr. Carlson and Village Park Animal Hospital staff on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 5 pm as we host a Pet Insurance workshop where we will discuss the importance of pet insurance.

We know navigating which company to choose as well as making decisions about which policy is best for you and your pet, are difficult. We want to remove barriers to these decisions and have clients join in active discussions about why pet insurance is so important.

We encourage all pet owners to attend and our goal is to be able to help you to sign up your pet on the spot if desired. Everyone will be entered into a drawing to win a $200 contribution towards the policy of their choice.

Join us January 21, 2017 for this fun, and informative Pet Insurance Workshop.
